Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science that develops intelligent machines that mimic human intelligence. This does not mean they mimic the human brain; only that they achieve some of the results that the human brain achieves. In their ability to make inferences from very large datasets, however, they far exceed human capacity.
